WOW! What a talented, experienced and effective HR leader. It is hard to limit Raji's area of expertise as she has immense skills in so many areas of the HR landscape. I relied on her advice in many areas outside of Talent Management and Diversity which was her forte, and she never seemed to be outside of her comfort zone. Raji could have easily contributed several levels above the role in which we hired her. Besides being a highly effective leader, she is a pleasure to work with and takes on challenges and organizational change with a can-do spirit that is infectious.
